Access to the Reality Anchors platform software is governed by a separate subscription agreement or enterprise licence agreement entered into at the time of purchase. These Terms do not govern platform access; they apply only to your use of this marketing website.

When you use the Reality Anchors platform, data generated through your use is governed by a three-tier framework described in our Privacy Policy:

• Tier 1 (Operational): data used to deliver the service — always permitted.
• Tier 2 (Aggregated Analytics): de-identified data used to improve product quality — disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
• Tier 3 (Model Training): facility-specific data used to train ML models — requires your explicit written opt-in and may be revoked at any time.
